1. HERE’S HOW IT WORKS: To participate in the Flixify Sony Vegas Movie Studio random drawing, write up a [good, lavish, creative, exciting, etc] blog article about Flixify.com's approach to video scrapbooking for the masses, email us a link to your blog post to contests@flixify.com, and you'll automatically be entered into the drawing. Emails must be received by 11:59 PM MT on 6/12/09. As much as we would love for you to shower us with blog coverage, we'll only allow one drawing entry per blog site.
3. ELIGIBILITY: This promotion is open only to residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of Flixify, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and internet agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. 4. FLIXIFY DETERMINATION & RANDOM DRAWING: Random drawing will be conducted on or about 6/16/09. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible drawing entries received.

Noncompliance within this time period or return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected. Winner will be notified by email. By participating in this promotion, entrants (or parent/legal guardian if entrant is deemed a minor in his/her state of residence) agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges which are final. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any program materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control.
