Will I be charged immediately when I sign up?
No. You will not be charged your first monthly payment until after your free 14-day trial period is over.

Can I cancel before my free trial ends so that I don't have to pay?
Of course. In fact, we'll even email you prior to your trial ending so that you have a reminder that you are about to be charged for your first month.

Am I tied down to a subscription contract or locked into monthly payments?
Definitely not. You are free to cancel at anytime. Once you sign up, there is an Account page with a link to cancel your account...no strings attached.

What exactly is required for me to start flixifying my home movies?

- A computer running Windows XP, Vista, or 7 (less than 4-5 years old).

- Video editing software. We recommend Sony Vegas Movie Studio, a $54.95 download.

- A video camera that connects to your computer.

- For DV cameras, you'll need a firewire cable and a firewire port on your computer. (We'll show you how to add a firewire card if necessary.)

- A DVD burner if you want to make DVDs from your flixified movies.

Most people's computers already have everything listed above; those that don't can get set up for less than $200.

What do you mean by a 100% satisfaction guarantee?
Pretty simple, really. If you aren't 100% satisfied with your subscription to Flixify we'll gladly refund your money for the current month and cancel your account. If you received the Fast Track DVD, it's yours to keep.
